Your job:

Make calls to establish relationships and build your book of business
Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight
Negotiate price with shippers and carriers
Manage daily shipments, resolving issues, 24/7/365
Be upfront, honest, and proactive in all your communications

Requirements:

1yr logistics background
The desire to outwork everyone else
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict
Prior sales experience a plus, but not required.
An obsession for great customer service
A drive to be successful and the commitment to make it happen
